Associate SCOTT A. SILBER concentrates in litigation as well as advising clients, including subcontractors and general contractors, on insurance and contract matters. For the last six years, Mr. Silber has represented clients involved in all types of real property and commercial disputes involving enforcement of mechanic's liens, defense and recovery of delay damages and breaches of contract. He also counsels the firm's clients on real estate law matters.
Mr. Silber successfully represents the firm's clients on a variety of construction site and premises liability claims, including claims against municipalities where Mr. Silber successfully moved for Summary Judgment and summarily extricated the firm's client under the Trivial Defects affirmative defense provided by applicable Government codes. Mr. Silber is a master communicator and the firm's clients are encouraged by Mr. Silber’s involvement in the resolution of issues affecting them and their ongoing business relationships.
