Associate RENÉE M. BOTHAM handles a variety of complex construction and personal injury litigation matters. She is experienced in the defense of professional liability matters including real estate professionals, engineers, and attorneys. Her practice focuses primarily on the defense of various general contractors and subcontractors in connection with alleged construction defects. She provides defense counseling of various business entities in premises liability and personal injury claims. Ms. Botham is also skilled in the business of casualty risk evaluation and case management. Ms. Botham was admitted to the Bar in 1998 and received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in 1997.
