Associate JOHN B. FRAHER earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May 1999. He joined the firm in 2005 and currently represents developers and subcontractors on construction related claims. Mr. Fraher has a experience on a broad array of legal matters including
• Defense of commercial businesses arising in connection with claims of personal injury from products and premises liability
• Defense of clients in multiple million dollar toxic tort claims
• Trial work on property damage matters including title insurance, easement and boundary disputes
• Representation of clients in real estate, property ownership and leasing, and general contract matters
