Associate JOHN B. FRAHER focuses his practice on the firm's construction industry clientele needs ranging from pursuit of damage claims to defense of complex loss claims. Before joining the firm, Mr. Fraher practiced in San Francisco and defended clients against multi-million dollar personal injury and wrongful death cases involving premises liability, products liability and toxic torts throughout California. Mr. Fraher also has experience in commercial litigation, involving real estate and employment cases.
Mr. Fraher served as judicial extern for the Honorable Judge David A. Garcia in San Francisco Superior Court and was also a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review.
